The Anchorage Community Rental Program located onsite welcomes guests year-round to experience resort style beach living in the most spacious condominiums in the area. The Anchorage’s private residences are available to guests without the normal fees associated with vacations rentals. Our friendly staff is located on-site in The Anchorage complex to provide a delightful experience for our guests.

Resort Amenities

The Anchorage has a variety of amenities for guests to enjoy the fantastic Siesta Key weather. Our gated private beach access is directly across the street. The community boasts one of the few heated Olympic-sized pools on Siesta Key, as well as lighted tennis courts, exercise room, clubhouse, free WiFi, and his/her saunas. Located on the Intercoastal Waterway, our “backyard” is a serene park-like setting offering the privacy to grill, fish, read, enjoy a game of shuffleboard, basketball, or corn hole, or relax and watch the boats, vast variety of birds and possibly even catch a glimpse of dolphin and/or manatee activity. The Anchorage also offers private boat docking at no charge to guests.

Convenient Location

The Anchorage is adjacent to Siesta Key South Village which is the perfect spot on Siesta Key. Every imaginable beach vacation option can be found within walking distance including restaurants (many with live entertainment), shops, the market, charter boats, fishing equipment, jet ski rentals, kayak/paddleboard rentals, para-sailing, and bike rentals. You can also hitch a free ride to Siesta Key Village to explore other shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Accommodations

The Anchorage accommodations are among the best Siesta Key has to offer. Secure building entry and interior corridors bring added safety, and two elevators add convenience. The privately owned condominiums are among the largest on Siesta Key at over 1,200 square feet for a 2 bedroom and 2,400 square feet for a 3 bedroom. The units are open designs with outdoor balconies accessible from each room, fully equipped kitchen, luxury linens, cable TV and high speed WiFi – everything you need to stay for a week, a month, or longer. There is ample parking for all our guests – and very little, if any, reason to drive anywhere.

The Anchorage Community Rental Program provides quality homes at a fair price and is managed by experienced professionals located onsite and at the ready to provide immediate assistance. To keep our rentals affordable, we do not charge the typical fees associated with vacation rentals. We provide a welcoming atmosphere, a wide range of amenities, and convenient access to everything guests need for a wonderful visit to Siesta Key.
