Please remember per the Anchorage Condominium documents, there is a 7-day minimum on lease/rentals. Also the transfer fee and lease application are due prior to the renters arrival at the Anchorage.
All checks should be mailed to: The Anchorage c/o Association Services P.O. Box 4233, Sarasota, FL 34230 Be sure your unit number is on your check. If your check is for rental, please add the word Rental to the memo of your check.
If you are not aware, you have the availability to let your guests and vendors in the gate using your unit number or name listed in the gate box. We just need the phone number you would like the gate to call when your guest uses your number or name for access. Please email Debbie at manager@the-anchorage.com and provide the phone number you want to use.
